The Society for Birth Defects Research and Prevention awarded Post-doctoral fellow Dr. Kristen Breit, and co-authors Dr. Jennifer Thomas and lab member Brandonn Zamudio with the James G. Wilson Publication Award for their publication The effects of alcohol and cannabinoid exposure during the brain growth spurt on behavioral development in rats. This award is given each year for the best paper published in Birth Defects Research.
